Accessibility roadmap

Purpose

This roadmap documents HiringCoachAI's planned accessibility improvements, target timelines, and progress-tracking sources for the web application.

Current Baseline

HiringCoachAI's current verified conformance is WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the web application, and this is the customer-contract and HECVAT baseline. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the stated forward-looking target.

The current ACR / VPAT is dated April 6, 2026 and is published at https://hiringcoach.ai/vpat. It is an internal self-assessment supported by automated checks, manual keyboard testing, route-level review, accessibility-tree inspection, mobile reflow testing, and remediation tracking.

Tracking And Review

Accessibility progress is tracked through the public accessibility statement, the current ACR / VPAT, the accessibility remediation log, the route matrix, and the verification snapshot.

Quarterly review confirms:

  • Open accessibility findings and remediation status.
  • Completion status for the roadmap milestones above.
  • Any customer-specific accessibility commitments.
  • Whether third-party accessibility verification is required by an active or pending enterprise commitment.
