Program description
Coaching notifications are one-to-one, non-promotional text messages that an independent career coach sends to their client through HiringCoachAI. They cover appointment reminders, assignment reminders, weekly check-ins, and account updates. We never use this program for marketing. It is operated by Elite Ad Operations, LLC.
- Available for U.S. and Canadian mobile numbers only.
- Messages are sent between 8 AM and 8 PM in the recipient's local time.
- Message frequency varies.
How to opt in
Texts are sent only after you turn them on yourself. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of using HiringCoachAI or working with a coach.
- Sign in to HiringCoachAI.
- Open your coaching workspace with your coach.
- Open Text notifications.
- Enter your U.S. or Canadian mobile number.
- Read the text-message disclosure shown beside the number field.
- Check the unchecked box confirming you have read and agree to the disclosure.
- Select Enable text notifications.
The panel below shows what you see. It is a non-interactive example. In the product, [Coach name] is replaced with your coach's name.

How to opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT also work. You can also turn off text notifications at any time in your coaching workspace. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
