Free costs $0 and does not require a card. Pro costs $9 billed weekly, $29 billed monthly, $74 billed quarterly, or $179 billed yearly. The Coach plan, for independent career coaches running their own practice on HiringCoachAI, costs $99 monthly or $999 annually.
What do you get on the free plan?
The free plan includes 3 uses per month for each tool, including tailored resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn, short answers, fit analysis, interview outlines, interview scores, and pep talks. No card is required to start.
What do you get with Pro?
Pro includes the same job seeker tools as the free plan and removes the monthly usage caps on them. You keep the same tools, just without the cap.
Is there a free trial on Pro?
No. HiringCoachAI does not offer a free trial on Pro right now. Start on the free plan with no card, and move to Pro when you are ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
Why pay when there are free resume tools out there?
A resume feature inside another app is one feature among many in that app. HiringCoachAI is built around one loop: paste the job description, tailor the resume, write the cover letter, prep for the interview, track the application. The free plan lets you run that loop a few times a month. Pro removes the cap. Start free without a card and cancel from your account page whenever you want.
What does the Coach plan include?
The Coach plan is $99 monthly or $999 annually for one coach account with unlimited clients. Coaches are independent professionals who run their own practice on HiringCoachAI. Client payments are collected on the coach's own Stripe account and are limited to U.S. providers and U.S. clients. HiringCoachAI's current application fee on those payments is 0%, and Stripe processing fees are a separate coach expense.
How is my payment handled?
Stripe handles your card details directly. HiringCoachAI receives billing identifiers and status metadata, not your card number.
