HiringCoachAI Community and Professional Conduct Guidelines
Effective July 16, 2026 ยท Version 1.1
These Community and Professional Conduct Guidelines (the "Guidelines") apply to the HiringCoachAI service operated by Elite Ad Operations, LLC d/b/a JumpYield ("HiringCoachAI," "we," "us," or "our"). They are incorporated into and supplement the Terms of Use. These Guidelines are the Platform Acceptable Use Policy referenced in agreements with coaches. If these Guidelines conflict with the Terms of Use or another applicable written agreement, the Terms of Use or that agreement controls.
These Guidelines are intended to help promote a professional, respectful, trustworthy, inclusive, and safer environment. They do not guarantee that every user, coach, profile, communication, service, or item of content is safe, accurate, appropriate, verified, reviewed, or free of objectionable material. Publication, continued availability, search placement, ranking, a badge, payment processing, or any moderation action or inaction is not an endorsement, recommendation, approval, guarantee, or verification by HiringCoachAI unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
1. Scope
These Guidelines apply to all users and to content, communications, services, and conduct connected to HiringCoachAI, whether public, private, one-to-one, or shared with a group. Covered areas include:
- profiles, directory listings, applications, bookings, service descriptions, scheduling, payments, and agreements;
- inbox messages, real-time chats, comments, replies, mentions, support threads, and platform-generated or platform-relayed email;
- files, attachments, coaching materials, links, images, audio, video, recordings, reviews, testimonials, and endorsements;
- content created with AI or other automated tools that a user directs, adopts, edits, publishes, sends, or otherwise uses; and
- coaching sessions and other interactions conducted by video, phone, chat, email, or in person.
HiringCoachAI is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Do not create an account or use the Service if you are under 18.
These Guidelines may also apply to conduct outside HiringCoachAI when users connected through the Service or when the conduct creates a material risk to users, the Service, or the integrity of a HiringCoachAI transaction or professional relationship. This does not mean that HiringCoachAI has access to, controls, or monitors external communications or conduct.
The examples in these Guidelines are illustrative, not exhaustive. Content or conduct need not be illegal to violate these Guidelines. We may restrict content or conduct that we reasonably and in good faith consider unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, abusive, discriminatory, disruptive, privacy-invasive, misleading, objectionable, or inconsistent with the professional purpose of the Service, even if it is not expressly identified below.
No user has an entitlement to publish particular content, reach a particular audience, receive a particular ranking, appear in the directory, use a particular feature, or continue using the Service.
2. Respect, inclusion, and non-discrimination
Treat people with professionalism and respect. Do not:
- attack, demean, dehumanize, threaten, or promote hatred or exclusion based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, caste, or another characteristic protected by law;
- advertise or provide unlawfully discriminatory access to coaching, employment opportunities, services, pricing, or platform features;
- use slurs, degrading stereotypes, targeted humiliation, or repeated personal attacks; or
- retaliate against a person for raising a good-faith concern, reporting misconduct, requesting an accommodation, or exercising a legal right.
Lawful professional specialization may be described factually when it is genuinely relevant and is not used to demean, mislead, or unlawfully exclude people.
3. Harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, and exploitation
Do not harass, stalk, intimidate, shame, blackmail, threaten, extort, celebrate harm, encourage others to target someone, or continue unwanted contact after a clear request to stop. Do not use a coaching or professional relationship to pursue unwanted romantic or sexual attention, solicit sexual activity, request intimate material, or exploit a person's financial, emotional, professional, immigration, disability-related, or other vulnerability.
Threats of violence, credible threats of self-harm or harm to others, trafficking, grooming, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited. We may preserve, restrict, disclose, or report information when permitted or required by law. Do not copy, download, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material when making a report; provide only the location and non-graphic context needed to identify it.
4. Identity, credentials, claims, and authenticity
Be truthful about who you are, what you offer, and what you have done. Do not:
- impersonate a person or organization, create deceptive accounts, or conceal a material affiliation;
- fabricate or materially misstate licenses, certifications, education, work history, client relationships, references, testimonials, job opportunities, or authority to act for another person;
- claim that HiringCoachAI, an employer, school, licensing body, or client endorses or has verified you without written authorization;
- guarantee a job, interview, salary, visa, admission, promotion, investment result, or other outcome;
- make objective performance, earnings, or success-rate claims without reliable support; or
- present AI-generated or speculative content as a verified fact, credential, citation, experience, or human judgment.
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting content produced with AI or other automated tools before you publish, send, or rely on it.
5. Professional boundaries and responsible coaching
Coaches and users must act within the authority and qualifications they actually have. Do not:
- provide legal, immigration, medical, mental-health, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice unless properly qualified and legally permitted, or imply that general coaching is regulated advice;
- submit an application, contact an employer, accept terms, negotiate, impersonate a candidate, attend a proxy interview, complete an assessment, or make another consequential decision for someone without their specific, informed authorization;
- help fabricate credentials, references, work samples, employment history, or job opportunities, or facilitate cheating on interviews, assessments, background checks, or hiring safeguards;
- pressure a user to disclose sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the service; or
- disregard a client's stated boundaries, consent choices, accessibility needs, or right to end the relationship.
6. Privacy, confidentiality, consent, and recordings
Respect privacy and protect information entrusted to you. Do not:
- disclose personal data, private communications, resumes, application materials, employer information, images, recordings, client stories, or confidential business information without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization;
- request, post, or transmit passwords, access tokens, payment-card security codes, government identifiers, health information, biometric identifiers, or information that could enable identity theft or physical harm unless the Service expressly requests it through an authorized secure flow;
- record, transcribe, summarize, or use a meeting or conversation without legally sufficient advance notice and consent;
- upload client or third-party information to an external AI system, transcription tool, storage service, or other provider without the necessary authorization and legal or contractual basis;
- scrape, sell, enrich, combine, or repurpose user data outside the Service or the authorized professional relationship; or
- use confidential information for personal advantage, retaliation, solicitation, or another unauthorized purpose.
Users are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, confidentiality, employment, recording-consent, data-protection, deletion, and retention requirements.
7. Job-search integrity, fraud, and platform abuse
Do not use HiringCoachAI to facilitate fraud, deception, or abuse. Prohibited conduct includes:
- fake jobs, candidates, employers, recruiters, references, credentials, invoices, testimonials, or payment records;
- phishing, malware, spam, credential theft, account takeover, identity theft, trafficking, bribery, or evasion of sanctions or legal hiring safeguards;
- hidden or misleading links, deceptive redirects, malicious attachments, security interference, automated scraping, unauthorized bots, or attempts to evade rate limits or enforcement;
- buying, selling, transferring, or sharing accounts or access credentials without authorization;
- manipulating search, rankings, referrals, reviews, engagement signals, bookings, payments, or platform records;
- using another person as an undisclosed proxy in an application, interview, assessment, coaching session, or transaction; or
- encouraging a user to bypass HiringCoachAI fees, protections, or payment flows for a transaction initiated or managed through the Service when the applicable agreement prohibits circumvention.
8. Reviews, testimonials, endorsements, and referrals
Reviews and testimonials must reflect a genuine experience and must not mislead people about the reviewer, the relationship, or the result. A negative opinion or low rating, by itself, is not a violation.
Do not:
- create, purchase, sell, trade, or arrange fake reviews, testimonials, ratings, endorsements, followers, or engagement;
- condition compensation, discounts, refunds, access, or other benefits on a positive or negative sentiment;
- post an insider review or endorsement without clearly disclosing a material family, employment, ownership, referral, or financial relationship;
- use threats, intimidation, confidential information, contract penalties, or unfounded legal threats to prevent or remove an honest review; or
- misrepresent a controlled, affiliated, or curated review page as an independent source of opinion.
We may moderate reviews for sentiment-neutral reasons such as suspected fraud, harassment, discrimination, threats, privacy violations, confidential information, intellectual-property infringement, irrelevance, or clearly false or misleading statements. We do not prohibit criticism merely because it is unfavorable.
Our current directory ordering, listing-check labels, and testimonial practices are described in the Review, Testimonial, and Directory Transparency Policy.
9. Intellectual property and confidential material
Submit, share, or use only content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity rights, contractual restrictions, and confidential business information. Do not plagiarize, remove ownership notices, distribute unlawfully obtained materials, or use another person's name, likeness, voice, work, or private information without appropriate permission.
Content made with AI or another automated tool remains subject to these requirements. A tool's output is not proof that the content is accurate, non-infringing, confidential, or lawful to use.
10. Commercial conduct and conflicts of interest
Describe services, prices, deliverables, cancellation terms, referral relationships, and material limitations clearly. Do not use bait-and-switch offers, hidden fees, coercive sales tactics, pyramid schemes, recruitment scams, or repeated unrelated solicitation. Do not ask users for loans, investments, donations, gifts, or purchases unrelated to the disclosed professional relationship.
Disclose material conflicts of interest and referral fees when required. Coaches are independent providers. They must not imply that they are HiringCoachAI employees, agents, fiduciaries, or representatives, or that HiringCoachAI guarantees their services or outcomes.
11. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated tools, human review, user reports, service providers, public information, and transaction, fraud, security, or abuse signals to identify potential violations. As permitted by law and described in our Privacy Policy, review may occur before or after publication and may include content and communications available through the Service. We do not monitor every submission, conversation, coaching session, or external communication, and we are not obligated to use any particular monitoring or review method.
Automated tools and human reviewers can make mistakes. A HiringCoachAI policy or risk decision is not a legal, criminal, civil, licensing, credentialing, or professional finding about a person.
When we reasonably and in good faith believe it is appropriate, we may take one or more actions, including:
- delay, refuse, or block publication, delivery, payment, booking, or another transaction;
- label, reduce distribution of, restrict access to, remove, or unpublish content;
- require changes or additional information;
- limit features, visibility, directory eligibility, account access, or the ability to contact others;
- warn, suspend, or terminate an account or professional relationship;
- preserve evidence, investigate, cooperate with an authorized inquiry, or report information when permitted or required by law; or
- take another action allowed by the Terms of Use or an applicable agreement.
We may consider context, apparent intent, severity, risk, reach, prior conduct, credibility, available evidence, remediation, and legal obligations, but we are not required to weigh every factor in every matter. We are not required to use progressive discipline, issue a warning first, investigate every report, resolve every factual dispute, or treat superficially similar matters identically. We may, but are not required to, provide advance notice, reasons, an opportunity to edit, human review, or an appeal, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may withhold information when disclosure could create risk, compromise security or privacy, reveal confidential information, interfere with an investigation, or violate law.
Enforcement in one matter does not require the same outcome in another matter and does not waive our right to act later. A delayed response or decision not to act is not approval of the content or conduct.
12. Reports, emergencies, and cooperation
Use a reporting control where available or contact [email protected] with the relevant profile, conversation, transaction, or content location and enough non-sensitive context to understand the concern. Do not submit unnecessary personal information or prohibited material. Knowingly false, retaliatory, abusive, or manipulative reports are prohibited.
A report does not create a duty for HiringCoachAI to investigate, respond, act within a particular time, take a particular action, preserve content indefinitely, or disclose an outcome, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may ask for more information, combine related reports, refer a matter to another service or authority, or take no action based on the information available.
HiringCoachAI is not an emergency service and does not provide real-time monitoring. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you believe a crime has occurred, consider contacting the appropriate law-enforcement agency.
13. Your responsibility and legal effect
Compliance with these Guidelines is a condition of using HiringCoachAI. You remain responsible for your content, communications, services, transactions, professional conduct, and compliance with law. The Terms of Use and any applicable written agreement govern the parties' legal duties, liabilities, remedies, dispute procedures, and limitations.
These Guidelines do not create a separate duty of care, cause of action, third-party-beneficiary right, right to publication or continued access, or promise of a particular moderation action, process, timing, or outcome. They do not waive any right, defense, immunity, limitation, or safe harbor available to HiringCoachAI or another person under law. Nothing in these Guidelines promises that every harmful or prohibited item will be detected, reviewed, restricted, or removed, or creates a duty to monitor every user or communication.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Guidelines as the Service, risks, and law evolve. The version in effect when content or conduct is reviewed may govern whether content may remain available or whether use of the Service may continue, including for content submitted before that version's effective date. Changes to contractual obligations apply as provided in the Terms of Use and applicable law. We will provide notice of material changes when required by law or an applicable agreement.
Questions, accessibility requests, or policy concerns may be sent to [email protected]. Legal notices must use the method stated in the Terms of Use.
