Decide what a completed assignment should tell you
A completed task might mean a client made five networking contacts. It might mean they have a revised answer to a difficult interview question. Those are different kinds of evidence. Write down what you need to see before choosing the software.
CoachAccountable’s published model gives Actions and Metrics a central place. That is a sensible starting point if you already have a coaching method with measures you want to use repeatedly. Try its worksheets with materials you already use.

HiringCoachAI’s assignment workflow is useful when producing the career work belongs in the same system as the assignment. The result can include feedback from interview practice or a tailored resume. Clients retain control of the content categories they share.

Use a difficult interview answer as the trial
Imagine a client who struggles to explain a change of career. Write the exercise you would normally assign. In CoachAccountable, try recording it through the action or worksheet workflow you would use, then check the client’s view. Decide how you would discuss the result next week.

In HiringCoachAI, assign interview-answer practice and complete it from the client side. Look at the completion state as the coach. Check both the shared and private-content cases. This shows whether the connection between practice and review suits your working style.

Decide what needs to be shared
An assignment marked complete does not automatically give you the client’s private answers. In HiringCoachAI, content categories govern the detail available to the coach. Discuss that choice with the client before you rely on an assignment review for session preparation.

Keep the measures that make your coaching useful
Keep a progress measure or worksheet you already use and try it in each product. Check whether the resume and interview exercises support what you assign.

Before importing clients, keep a copy of your existing records. HiringCoachAI’s CSV import does not carry across historic worksheets, signed agreements or session history. Plan how you will retain and retrieve those records outside the new workspace.
