How HiringCoachAI guides and job market updates are written, sourced, checked, and corrected.

Who publishes

HiringCoachAI publishes these guides. HiringCoachAI was founded by Rishan Mohamed, who runs the company.

How guides are made

Guides are drafted with AI assistance. Before a guide is published, it has to pass automated checks:

  • Source verification: the facts and figures in the guide are checked against the sources it cites.
  • Link verification: every cited link has to load and point to the source's real website.
  • Accuracy and voice gates: a guide cannot promise jobs, interviews, or offers, cannot describe product features that do not exist, and has to read in plain language.

A person at HiringCoachAI can review, flag, or withdraw any guide at any time.

Sourcing rules

  • A guide has to cite at least two external sources on distinct domains before it is published. Links to HiringCoachAI itself do not count.
  • Reddit and other community threads are not cited as support for a fact.
  • Competing products are not used as sources, unless a guide is about that product.
  • Where a primary source exists, we prefer it. Job market updates rely on primary sources such as government statistics and official releases.

Job market updates

Job market updates are short, timely items. Each one covers three things: what happened, what it means for your search, and what to do this week.

Updates are general information. They are not legal advice, and they do not replace advice about your own situation.

Corrections

If you think something in a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us on the contact page. Include the guide's title or address and what you believe is incorrect.

When we confirm a problem, we fix the guide, add a dated note about the correction, or withdraw the guide.
