What happened to Profi

Profi (profi.io) announced it was being acquired and winding down the current version of its platform. It said customers would keep full access through December 31, 2025, after which the platform would be retired in its current form.

  • Client names and email addresses
  • Package name, sessions remaining, and next session date
  • Client notes
  • Other columns, as custom CRM fields you can search and sort (sensitive columns such as passwords or card numbers are blocked)

What to set up again

  • Saved client payment methods and active subscriptions. U.S. providers can set up client payments in HiringCoachAI.
  • Signed contracts and agreements. Send your agreement again from Contracts.
  • Intake forms and questionnaires. Rebuild them in an onboarding flow.
  • Messages, files, and session history.

How to move

Get your client list from Profi

  1. We could not find a documented data export for Profi, so start from your own records.
  2. Collect client names and emails from your email contacts, calendar invitations, invoices, or your payment processor's customer list.
  3. Keep one row per client with an email column, add package or notes columns if you track them, then save it as CSV or Excel.

We could not confirm the column names in a Profi export, so the import pre-matches common column names and shows you every mapping to confirm.

  1. Upload the file on the Import page and pick Profi as your previous tool.
  2. Review the suggested column mapping. Columns we do not recognize become custom CRM fields.
  3. Choose which clients to import, up to 200 per file. Each new client gets an invitation they accept themselves.
  4. Set your availability and onboarding flow. U.S. providers can also set up client payments.

One Coach plan: $99 per month or $999 per year, for unlimited clients.
